Groups

Groups are jobs with similar job and salaries profiles e.g. Software Engineers/Factory Workers/... . You add the same data as for Jobs but instead of entering a start and end date you have a hiring plan to edit when you hire a new job you your Group.

To add a Group to a Headcount Team and define several hires at once, select the tab <Group> and click the button <+ Add Group>

Enter the following parameters

  • Position of Group Member (e.g. Software Engineer)
  • Organizational Function for the Job (e.g. Marketing, Sales, ..) 
  • Job Type (select between Employee or Contractor)
  • Group Member's Headcount in % (e.g. a full time person is accounted with 100%, a half time person with 50%)
  • the Monthly Base Salary paid for each Group Member
  • the Monthly Variable Salary paid for each Group Member
  • Average Benefits and Taxes Rate paid by the company for Employees (for a Contractor the value is set to 0)
  • Salary Growth in % for the job
  • Time Period for the salary increase (typically: Yearly)
  • Hiring Plan for the Group Members

Compensation (Group)

Is this Group set up for Employees or for Contractors?

Select if this is an Employee or Contractor Group. The standard Benefits & Taxes rate of 20% will be applied to calculate the compensation for employees but not for contractors.

Are these fulltime jobs?

If the Group Members hold fulltime jobs, enter 100%. If these are half-time job, enter 50%, ..

How much do you pay as a monthly base salary for a fulltime job?

Enter the monthly base salary for a fulltime job. If this is a fulltime job (100%) with an annual base salary of 24.000, then enter a monthly salary of 2,000. If this is a half-time job (50%), then enter 1.000.

How much do you pay as a monthly variable salary for a fulltime job?

Enter the monthly variable salary for a fulltime job. If this is a fulltime job (100%) with an annual variable salary of 12.000, then enter a monthly salary of 1,000. If this is a half-time job (50%), then enter 500.
