Of course! Your first 7 days are on us. Sign up for a new Lean-Case Workspace to get started. If you love it (we think you will), you can continue using Lean-Case simply by providing us with your payment details.

In addition to annual subscriptions, Lean-Case is also available as a monthly subscription. Annual subscriptions offer a discount that equates to 3 months free (25%).

Upon signing up, you create your Lean-Case Workspace. As the Workspace Owner, you set up users to create their Lean-Case projects and manage their status.

The Lean-Case Business Edition also allows you to brand your workspace and project environment.  Upon request, we can provide customizations for your workspace.

A Lean-Case Project simulates the Business Case for one of your startups, businesses or projects. Within a Lean-Case project you can save as many scenarios as you like (e.g. Worst Case Scenario, Best Case Scenario, etc.)

By default, Active Users can create up to 2 Lean-Case Projects. However - at any time - a workspace owner can add additional projects for any Active User.

These Blueprints also come pre-loaded with numbers, conversion rates, traffic costs, headcounts and more. Just plug in a few of YOUR numbers and you've got a working business case mock-up in a less than 20 minutes.

If you are the Team Owner, you can setup your own Blueprints and make them available as standard templates to all Active Users of your Workspace.

You can export all data for any Lean-Case Project which you create by month, quarter and year to Excel.

In addition, you can export fully functional Excel models for Lean-Case Projects which use compatible revenue streams for Subscription and One-Time Revenues.

We’ll make a one-time, prorated charge to your credit card to cover your new team member’s account for the remainder of the current billing period.

As an example, suppose your team is on the “Business Edition,” which costs €36 per active user per month when billed monthly.

You add a new team member 10 days into your billing period and there are 20 remaining days in the month. The per-day cost for each user is €1.20 (= €36.00 / 30), so we will make a one-time charge of €24 (= €1.20 * 20 days) to your team’s credit card on file.

Yes, you can deactivate and delete users. If you deactivate a user, the user can no longer log in to the workspace, but the user’s projects are still accessible for all users which were invited to them. You will no longer be billed for the user, but only for his Extra Projects - if any had been granted.

You can also remove a user completely. In this case, all his projects will be deleted and are no longer accessible for anyone. You will no longer be billed for the user and any of his Extra Projects.

You can use your credit card to pay for any plan. If you sign up for an Annual subscription and plan to spend at least €6,000 we can invoice you annually.

Team Owners can change the team’s subscription level. You can cancel your subscriptions at your next renewal date. Your subscription will remain active at its current level through the end of the billing period that you’ve already paid for. We do not offer refunds.

The Prices as applicable are exclusive of Value Added Tax in the European Union (EU VAT).

If you are from outside the European Union, no additional tax is applied. 

If you are from Germany where our business is domiciled, then the German VAT rate is applied, irrespective of you being a consumer or a business.
