Groups are jobs with similar job and salaries profiles. e.g. Software Engineers/Factory Workers/... . Instead of adding individual jobs with similar salary profiles but different hiring dates, you can add a Group of jobs by entering its Salary Profile and adding a hiring plan.

To add a Group to a Headcount Team and define several hires at once, select the tab <Group> and click the button <+ Add Group>

Enter the following parameters

  • Position of Group Member (e.g. Software Engineer)
  • Organizational Function for the Job (e.g. Marketing, Sales, ..) 
  • Job Type (select between Employee or Contractor)
  • Group Member's Headcount in % (e.g. a full time person is accounted with 100%, a half time person with 50%)
  • the Monthly Base Salary paid for each Group Member
  • the Monthly Variable Salary paid for each Group Member
  • Average Benefits and Taxes Rate paid by the company for Employees (for a Contractor the value is set to 0)
  • Salary Growth in % for the job
  • Time Period for the salary increase (typically: Yearly)
  • Hiring Plan for the Group Members
